Oh Christmas tree

Christmas time is upon us and it has been so much fun. Isaac and I are having a wonderful time this Christmas, but we are also keeping very busy. Luckily after Thanksgiving we got to take a little break for Isaac's birthday and got to stay up at the Park City Hotel and enjoy a wonderful dinner at Ruth's Chris. We were kind of blown away by how good the food was...really blown away

It was a wonderful break from school and work and a great way to celebrate Isaac's birthday. Unfortunately we had to go right back to work the next day but we were grateful for any break we could get.

We also just recently got our first Christmas tree!

Isaac spent so much time out in the cold chopping off the bottom of our tree so it would be fresh, I love him so much and he is so tough!

These are our few little tree ornaments...

Chris Kringle! From Santa Clause is Coming to Town the clay-mation! And yes Sachi they DO sing the song One Foot in Front of the Other! It is the truth!

This may just be my favorite one....yes...I think it is

Skiing reindeer, definitely a good one too

And this is not an ornament but rather something I would like to call finals...bleh

Another all nighter...

This is me studying with only the small light of our Christmas tree...

Pathetic...right? But I am now listening to music from...

Also pathetic...ya, but whatever keeps me up and going will have to do....secretly I'm loving it though....the music, not staying up late doing homework.

ه اشفث شقشلاهؤ شىي هف هس اشقي

So that doesn't actually mean anything but it leads me into why I even began writing this blog. So I have a portfolio due in my Arabic class on Thursday. The contents of the portfolio are as follows:

100-word essay about a famous person
150-word essay about a person who had a significant impact on my life
150-word essay describing a special place
3 Newspaper article reviews
3 Song reviews
One film review

ALL TYPED IN ARABIC!

So how must i type in Arabic on my computer one may ask?...Well this is the question of the century....OK maybe that was an exaggeration, but you get where I coming from here. I am going crazy, i finally found out how to type in Arabic on my computer but of course...the keys are all messed up and i don't know which ones are which and I am in a big conundrum here.

So thanks to my wonderful Arabic class I am seriously stressin'.

So today at work (Salt City Burger Co.) the "Red Bull girls" came in and gave us all these free Red Bulls. I don't really enjoy red bull but it made me think of this SNL digital short...
