Back Tracking

So this happened over a month ago...but I thought I'd still blog about it. My Mom, Jess, Katie, Rachel and I all took a girls trip to Northern California to go visit family. Here is how it went...

This was one of our first stops when arriving in Orinda, Johnny's Doughnuts...otherwise known as Heaven.

There is a beautiful reservoir by my Grandma's house with a nice trail around it.

Pooped after a day in the city...

On our last day we went to go visit our Grammy. She lives in Benicia, it's beautiful out there.

Grammy is wonderful. I am so glad we got to spend time with her. She is such an amazing woman and it was so fun learning more about her past.

Here are a couple of pictures of Grammy's parents. Grammy's mother Didi was still alive when I was young, and although I don't remember much of her i know she was an amazing woman, just like Grammy.
